Copying and Telling

So I had one of those mornings where I hated everything in my closet and had no idea what to wear. So I'll call this "inspired" by an outfit Linley wore last week, even though I pretty much flat-out copied it.

In other news, I went and saw Tron earlier today, which I thought was pretty awesome. Best soundtrack I've heard in a long time. I've never seen the original though, but I just put it on my to-watch list.

I'm also going to see Harry Potter in a couple of hours, because I'm probably the last person on earth who hasn't seen it yet. I just don't like crowded movie theaters...and I really don't have much else to do before school starts.

Seen any good movies lately?

It's the end of the world as we know it (No. 30)

Okay, it's not the end of the world. But for me, it is the end of the 30 for 30 Challenge. And it's almost the end of the semester. All I have left is a Advanced Accounting Theory final and I am DONE.

I tried to be cute and get pictures of me throwing leaves up in the air, but it was windy. You get the point though, right?

Anyway, either later tonight or tomorrow I'll post all 30 of my outfits for you to see, and maybe some reflections on the challenge. But for now, it's time to study some more!

Weekend Update (19)
Wet Seal Dress, Aeropostale Tights, Kohl's Boots, Charlotte Russe Belt, Pacsun Purse

I'm two-thirds of the way done, so excited! (I don't have super remixing powers, I just started on November 1st.) This weekend all I wanted to wear was leggings and these boots, and so that's what I did. They are just so darn comfy. Add a gingerbread latte and it was a pretty fantastic weekend.

I'm going to my parent's house tomorrow (it's about a 5-hour drive, yuck), but I'm excited to see my family and eat good food! What are your Thanksgiving plans?

PS Notice anything different? Special thanks to Kimmie over at Blue Paper Lanterns for the awesome header and making it look a little brighter in here!

I actually had time to take outside pictures today (hooray!). Also, I'm going back and adding descriptions of what I've been wearing the past couple of weeks since I just realized it's a pain to look all the way back to my 30 for 30 items if you want to see where something's from.

I also went to a spinning class today, and I can't figure out why anyone would want to go to those. I mean, pedaling for an hour is not that interesting, the room smells bad even with fans going, and my legs are all jello-y afterwards.

I might go again tomorrow.

One.

I'll officially be a week early for this, but I'm super excited about today being Day 1 of my 30 for 30!

Kendi's starting November 8, and I really encourage you to join! It's a little scary, but I definitely think it'll change the way you look at your closet forever!

I really do need to work on accessorizing though. I mean look at this! I'm not wearing a single piece of jewelry, which is embarrassing considering how much I own.

Other than that, this is a pretty simple outfit. Perfect for running errands, grading papers, and doing homework. It's also beautiful outside today. 75 degrees, and not one single cloud in the sky. I really really love living in the southwest.

P.S. I've also already made the executive decision to nix my black oxfords and add another button down. That brings me down to six shoes, which still may be too many, but oh well.
