I feel like I've been complaining all summer about how fast it's going by, but seriously? August already?

Anyway, I had a wonderful relaxing weekend shopping, playing Rock Band, watching Mad Men on Netflix, and not studying, which was the most amazing part since it had been since June since I'd had a day off from it.

But today I went back to the daily grind and learned all about contracts (the second part of the CPA exam that I'm studying for is REG, which is business law and tax). Tax was my worst subject in school, so here's hoping I survive the next month!

    I was so excited when your photos came up in my blog reader- I'd totally forgotten about that dress.  You look AMAZING in it!!  Love how you styled it.  It is so surreal to see you wearing it!  Keep working hard and you will get through all of these tests!

    Wow, congrats on that dress!  It's super cute :)  I'm glad that you let yourself have a day off to just be a normal none studying person.  There are only two parts of this test right? That means you're almost done!

    That belt is great.  And, I just watched the first episode of Mad Men on Netflix this weekend.  I didn't know what it was about at all, so I was surprised, intrigued, and at the same time grossed out by the sexism that it sheds light onto.

    When are you writing the second part of the CPA? I've been following all your crazy studying all summer long and only JUST realized that a bunch of my friends are also writing the same exams! I had no idea it was such a popular thing to do over the summer

    Mad Men on Netflix is amazing. I'm not sure if this is your first go or if you're re-watching but I seriously forgot how amazing the first season is. I think it may be the best so far.

    Oooo studying for the Can't Pass Again Exam?  I took it while working in public acctg, so much fun!  You are going to do great!  Mad Men is also one of my favorite shows as well, love how every season evolves and gets better than the season before.  Hope you'll stop by and perhaps we should follow each other?
