This weekend I:
  • watched How to Train Your Dragon.
  • went to the Farmer's Market and bought yellow tomatoes and pomegranates, yum!
  • bought ear candles, and then after we used them the boyfriend was like, do you think these actually work? Let's google it. So we did. And not only do they not work, but apparently they're kind of dangerous. Like you can either put a hole in your ear drum or set your house on fire. Moral of the story: don't use ear candles, and google things before you use them.
  • spent a lot of time in the library.
  • had a great time at my banquet, (thank you everyone for your congratulations!)
How was your weekend?

  1. Wow... I have no idea what an ear candle is. But now, I want to google them and see what the heck that's all about! I love your outfit and the top is really fun! I love how you winterized it. :) I'm jealous that you're on 29! I SHOULD be on 20 today, but I have NOTHING in my 30 that is warm enough, so I'm going to have to do some finagling tonight to make things work. LAYER PARTY.

My weekend was awesome! Went to a holiday party and saw lots of friends from college (graduated four years ago), so that was really fun!

    Sounds like your weekend rocked!
I bought ear candles a couple years ago and then googled them before I used them... so, I've had a set of them in my junk drawer ever since. Sigh. I can't answer why I haven't pitched them.
